Creamy Pasta Marinara
- 10.5 oz. pasta of choice
- 25 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 cup plain coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, plus extra for serving
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, to taste
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, add the tomato sauce, coconut yogurt, and nutritional yeast to a pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat while stirring.
- Mix into the pasta, season to taste, and serve with fresh parsley and nutritional yeast.
