'Don't be a Chump' Chickpea Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1/2 can chickpeas
  • 2 slices bread, toasted
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • some Italian dressing, to taste
Instructions
  1. Drain the chickpeas, and mash them with some Italian dressing. Spread the mixture on one slice of bread.
  2. Top with shredded carrots, tomatoes, and add the other slice of bread.
  3. Enjoy!
