- 1 corn tortilla
- 1 oz. salsa
- handful lettuce
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 9 strips faux chicken
- Prepare your favorite faux chicken by following the instructions on the package and cut the bell pepper.
- On a small plate, flop a corn tortilla down and slather salsa on it.
- Add lettuce, bell pepper, and top it off with the chicken-less strips.
- Roll it up and enjoy!
