Field Roast Ranch Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 pizza crust (I used Whole Foods' 365 brand's organic whole wheat crust)
  • 2 Tbsp. vegan Ranch dressing (I used Organicville's non dairy ranch)
  • 3/4 bag Daiya mozzarella style cheese
  • 1/2 Lentil Sage Field Roast
  • 1 bell pepper
Instructions
  1. Crank the stove up to 400 degrees for the pizza.
  2. For the next step, grab your crust of choice and slather some ranch dressing onto it.
  3. Next you'll want to dice up the bell pepper and cut the Field Roast into bite size pieces. Toss about half of that onto the crust and ranch dressing, and then cover that with the cheese. Once the cheese is on the pizza, add the remaining ingredients to top things off.
  4. Place the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes, let it cool for a couple of minutes, and dig in!
