- 1 avocado, de-pitted, with the skin removed
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- some salt, to taste
- 2 stalks green onion
1. Throw the chickpeas, avocado, garlic, olive oil, and salt into a blender. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water and blend. Continue with the water/blend process until you reach the desired consistency. 3. Transfer dip to a bowl and stir in green onion, if using. 4. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.
