Matcha Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup nondairy milk (we used flax milk)
- 1/2 tsp. matcha powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup or agave
- Optional: 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (for thicker consistency)
- Mix together all the ingredients in a jar and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Wake up—and enjoy!
