Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup nondairy milk (we used flax milk)
  • 1/2 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup or agave
  • Optional:  2 Tbsp. chia seeds (for thicker consistency)

Instructions

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a jar and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Wake up—and enjoy!
