Mint Chocolate Chip Shake
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups frozen bananas, broken into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. vegan chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped mint
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, except the 2 teaspoonfuls of chocolate chips and the 2 sprigs of mint, and process until well blended.
- Pour into two glasses.
- Garnish with the remaining chocolate chips and mint.
