- 1 7.4-oz. pkg. sweet-corn cake mix (we like El Torito's)
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 15-oz. can cream-style corn
• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
• Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch-by-5-inch loaf pan.
• Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
