Vegan Chicken Parmesan Burgers!
- 1 vegan chicken patty
- 1 vegan whole wheat bun
- 1/8 cup marinara sauce
- some vegan mozzarella cheese, to taste
1. Microwave the chicken patty according to the directions on the box. 2. Microwave the marinara sauce for about 45 seconds, or until warm. 3. Pile some vegan cheese onto the chicken patty, and pop it back in the microwave for another 45 seconds, or until the cheese is all melted. 4. Slide that bad boy onto a bun and pour on the sauce.
