Waffle Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 frozen vegan waffles
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegan margarine (try Earth Balance brand)
- 1 vegan sausage patty (we ♥ Gardein brand)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
• Toast the frozen waffles according to the package directions.
• Melt 1/2 tablespoonful of the vegan margarine in a frying pan on medium heat and cook the vegan sausage patty for about 5 minutes.
• Place the patty between the waffles and top with the remaining butter. Drizzle with the maple syrup and enjoy!
