- Original Ritz crackers
- 1/2 pkg. vegan bologna, turkey, or ham lunch meat slices (try Tofurky)
- 4 vegan cheddar cheese slices
- 1 apple or orange, optional
- Baby carrots or celery sticks, optional
- 1 dessert snack (try Justin's Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup), optional
- 1-serving drink box, optional
• Place a cracker over a vegan lunch meat slice and carefully cut around the cracker to create a perfectly sized slice. Repeat nine times.
• Place a cracker over the vegan cheese and carefully cut around the cracker to create perfectly sized slices. Repeat nine times.
• Alternate the crackers, vegan lunch meat slices, and vegan cheese slices, creating little “sandwiches.”
• Carefully place them in a lunchbox along with the optional items (if desired).
