Star Wars Inspired Blue and Green Milks

ingredients

• Blue milk:

• 1 cup tropical fruit mix (or ½ cup of pineapple and ½ cup of mango) 

• 1 cup dragon fruit (omit dragon fruit or add less for a bluer shade – but it’s very tasty 😋) 

• 2/3 cup canned coconut milk (use any of the brands at the bottom of this page)

• 1/3 cup almond milk 

• 1/8 cup orange juice 

• 1/4 cup of sugar 

• Three ice cubes 

• Blue food dye (start with a few drops and adjust to your liking)

• Green milk: 

• 1/2 banana

• 3/4 cup apple juice

• 1 cup canned coconut milk (use any of the brands at the bottom of this page)

• 1/2 cup almond milk 

• 1/2 cup orange juice

• 3/4 cup spinach

• 1/4 cup sugar

• Three ice cubes 

• Green food dye (start with a few drops and adjust to your liking)
