Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate almond milk

  • 3 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter

Instructions

  • Combine chia seeds, chocolate almond milk, and peanut butter in a jar—and stir!
  • Seal the jar with an airtight lid and store it in the fridge overnight, then enjoy in the morning—or whenever. 

Notes

  • Tip: Wanna spruce it up? Layer the peanut butter and pudding in the jar for a more Instagrammable look.
