1/2 pkg. vegan bologna, turkey, or ham lunch meat slices (try Tofurky)
4 vegan cheddar cheese slices
1 apple or orange, optional
Baby carrots or celery sticks, optional
1 dessert snack (try Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup), optional
1-serving drink box, optional
- Place a cracker over a vegan lunch meat slice and carefully cut around the cracker to create a perfectly sized slice. Repeat nine times.
- Place a cracker over the vegan cheese and carefully cut around the cracker to create perfectly sized slices. Repeat nine times.
- Alternate the crackers, vegan lunch meat slices, and vegan cheese slices, creating little “sandwiches.”
- Carefully place them in a lunchbox along with the optional items (if desired).
- Take it on the go and enjoy!
