Instagram Your Vegan Drink

Let’s be real: Being vegan has never been easier. Tons of grocery stores and restaurants have vegan options—even coffee shops have dairy-free milk available!

Why pass on gross cow’s milk? Well, think about it: It’s basically boob juice. And that’s not all. Cows used for milk and other dairy products are often mutilated without painkillers, drugged, and repeatedly impregnated. And of course, all animals used for food are ultimately slaughtered.

Spread the word about helping animals and have a delicious treat at the same time. Here’s how:

1. Go to Starbucks or your favorite coffee shop and get yourself a vegan drink. Need ideas on what to order? Check out our vegan frappé and latte guide. Not a coffee fan? Instagram a vegan smoothie!

2. Take a photo of your vegan drink and post it on Instagram or Facebook. Don’t forget to mention that you got a vegan drink and use the hashtags #vegandrink and #peta2life. Your photo might even be featured on the @officialpeta2 Instagram feed!

Sometimes, my coworker demos the Vegan muffins for people to try. I can’t eat them because I have celiac disease, and I’m allergic to Dairy products and casein.

I work at Trader Joe’s & we have a coffee bar for customers who want to try free coffee before they buy it. I can’t have the regular stuff, however I can deal with decaf. We do have unsweetened soy coffee creamer, almond, and coconut milk for customers to try.

Same. I can drink almond milk wall day, but if I have more than a cup of soy milk my stomach will really hurt!

Don’t worry some coffee shops offer almond milk. Have you tried coconut milk in coffee? It’s really good.
