Share the REAL Meaning of Strength

For many people, being strong is about how much weight you can lift or whether you can beat someone in a wrestling match. But for Patrik Baboumian, one of the strongest men in the world, being strong is about much, much more than that.

“Strength must build up, not destroy,” Patrik says.
And we agree.

In a world where there’s already so much violence, death, and oppression, why not make the choice to live a compassionate lifestyle that’s kind to both our planet and our animal friends? There’s real strength in making that decision. As Patrik says:

“My strength is my compassion.”

Share peta2’s video on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and YouTube to spread the word that being strong is about more than just hitting the gym—it’s about making the choice to live a compassionate cruelty-free life every day by going vegan. ♥
