ABOUT ME: I was born in Spain and raised in Cali. Most of my life has been spent contemplating my next meal.

THINGS I LIKE: Dogs, my family, vegan restaurants, stand-up comedy, musical theater, Grand Slam tennis, the San Francisco Giants, traveling the world, the politically absurd

THINGS I DISLIKE: When I’m walking in flip-flops and someone steps on them from behind, animal lovers who eat animals

FAVE MOVIES: Back to the Future, Terminator 1&2, Rebecca, The Abyss, Jane Eyre, anything Jane Austen

FAVE VEGAN FOOD: Chow mein with sweet and sour sauce, cinnamon rolls, pasta, eggplant parmesan, Thai coconut soup, wonton soup, mac n’cheeze, veg tempura sushi, butternut squash ravioli, avocados,etc. …if it’s vegan and doesn’t have mustard on it I’ll eat it.

HOW I GOT INTO ANIMAL RIGHTS: I used to work at a library and someone returned the movie, “Food, Inc.” I went veg right away and never looked back! The more I read about animal rights and veganism the more sense it made so I wanted to start spreading the word.

IS IT TRUE YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR 30th BIRTHDAY ON ANTARCTICA? Very true! My goal was to visit every continent before I turned 30 and Antarctica is the only one I have left. Plus, since I was born in Spain, spent my tenth birthday in the States, and my 20th in Tanzania, I want to continue the tradition of every new decade on a different continent. :D
