I’m all about beauty on a budget. Sure, every once in a while I like to splurge on deluxe cruelty-free skincare goodies at the store, but for the most part, I like to just whip up my own beauty products from scratch at home… saves me some cheddah, it’s quick and easy, and I feel like a bad-ass makin’ my own shiz. Na mean?
Today’s DIY beauty recipe features one of my all-time fave ingredients evah—oatmeal! Aside from being tasty and nutritious, it also works wonders for your skin (it smooths, tones, hydrates and helps fight acne).

Combine all of your ingredients and then apply the scrub to your face, gently scrubbing in a circular motion. Feel free to wait five minutes before rinsing if you prefer to use this as a mask. Badda bing badda boom! Enjoy your beautiful glowing skin.

Thanks for this recipe. I’ve seen recipes like this with yogurt,but I didn’t know if soy yogurt would work.Guess it will!
