The holidays are almost here, and I can’t wait to visit family and make yummy desserts, vegan challah, and matzah ball soup. After a red (spaghetti) and green (salad) dinner, we always sit by the fire while my grandmother passes out presents one by one from under the Christmas tree.

Vaute Couture has a great selection of coats and animal rights tees and is one of my favorite clothing brands because it’s vegan, eco-friendly, and fair trade. It’s starting to get chilly, even out here in Los Angeles, so this coat would sure do the trick!
Forks Over Knives and Got the Facts on Milk? documentaries
I recently went to a screening for these two films. They discuss the health benefits of a plant-based diet and why meat, eggs, and dairy products are harmful to our bodies. Since I’ve already watched them, I want to share them with my family. If you haven’t seen them, Forks Over Knives is available to watch instantly on Netflix, and you can purchase Got the Facts on Milk? on its website.
American Apparel Modal Shawl Cardigan
American Apparel has become one of my favorite stores and not just because it’s two blocks from my apartment! 
It has a great selection of clothes and is fair trade.
If you love animals (and who doesn’t), you can’t go wrong with this necklace. It’s cute and reminds us why we are helping animals!
Air plants
These are my favorite plants because they don’t require much more than a spray of water every week or so and some sunlight. And aren’t they exotic-looking?!

Well let's just say life ain't always beautiful but it's a beautiful ride. I love all my pets and would do anything for them. I have one dog, two cats, a ferret and my babygirl shaymin,(the cutest hedgehog alive) I'm into all different kinds of music. I'm a singer myself and love art.
