There are a few things that we ALWAYS have on hand: black beans, tomatoes, and avocados… and since we’re often too lazy to conjure up a new recipe or spend an hour cooking, these three things happen to be essential for one of our favorite dishes…
All right so there are a ton of ways to make nachos but this is the most classic and not-so-healthy way to do it—so be warned. However, these nachos will fool even your most hardcore flesh-eating friend, so let’s get to it!
Heat up your refried beans or black beans in a pan or microwave until hot. While they’re warming, grab a bowl and pour your tortilla chips inside.
Cut about half of the Teese and put it into a microwave safe bowl—nuke it until melted (being sure to stir along the way). Scoop the beans onto your chips, pour the cheese over the beans, and top with all of the chopped veggies and black olives.
Take your lime and squeeze over the nachos, and then top with a dollop of Sour Supreme.
