Recipe of the Week: White Chocolate
I know this will shock you all, but I actually don’t like chocolate! I know, I know—am I even human? No one knows!
However, I do make an exception for white chocolate. Because white chocolate is usually made with dairy products, I just make my own—and, boy, is it scrumptious!
- Place the cocoa butter in a medium-size bowl and melt in the microwave for a minute or two.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to remove any lumps.
- Pour into an ice cube tray and pop in the freezer for a couple of hours until hard.
Makes approximately 10 cubes
