Why Mother Nature Wants Us to Eat Plants

Ever wondered if humans are truly meant to eat meat?  Well, let’s make a few observations, shall we? ;)

Meat-eaters: have sharp front teeth for tearing, with no flat molar teeth for grinding
Herbivores: no sharp front teeth, but flat rear molars for grinding
Humans: no sharp front teeth, but flat rear molars for grinding

Meat-eaters: have claws
Herbivores: no claws
Humans: no claws

Meat-eaters: have intestinal tract that is only 3 times their body length so that rapidly decaying meat can pass through quickly
Herbivores: have intestinal tract 10-12 times their body length.
Humans: have intestinal tract 10-12 times their body length.

Meat-eaters: have strong hydrochloric acid in stomach to digest meat
Herbivores: have stomach acid that is 20 times weaker than that of a meat-eater
Humans: have stomach acid that is 20 times weaker than that of a meat-eater

Meat-eaters: salivary glands in mouth not needed to pre-digest grains and fruits.
Herbivores: well-developed salivary glands which are necessary to pre-digest grains and fruits
Humans: well-developed salivary glands, which are necessary to pre-digest, grains and fruits

Meat-eaters: have acid saliva with no enzyme ptyalin to pre-digest grains
Herbivores: have alkaline saliva with ptyalin to pre-digest grains
Humans: have alkaline saliva with ptyalin to pre-digest grains

Meat-eaters: have no skin pores and perspire through the tongue
Herbivores: perspire through skin pores
Humans: perspire through skin pores

A couple extra tidbits:

  • Omnivores and carnivorous animals only eat their meat raw; this is not the case for humans
  • Carnivores don’t require fiber to help move food through their short and smooth digestive tracts whereas humans do

Hm, now I’m no rocket scientist, but it looks like Mo’ Nature wants us to eat fruits and veggies, wouldn’t you agree?

Regardless of all of the similarities between herbivores and humans, let’s also remember that eating meat is straight up cruelbad for the environment, and can lead to serious health issues. So… hate to sound like a broken record, but go vegan already! :) xx

Ummm… Correction. Actually a lot of primates eat meat. They’re omnivorous. But: They have fangs and long teeth. People don’t. Whoot-whoot! I’ve always like green leafy things.

Meat eaters-naturally unafraid of the dark because other animals will not be trying to attack

Herbivores-instinctivly afraid of the dark, as many animals may be sneaking up to attack

humans-instinctivly afraid of the dark, as many animals may be sneaking up to attack
I learned this from animal planet

Too long to explain here, it's long enough for a novel.

Father loves to farm, be self sustainable, loves to read, he's a antiques/vintage auctioneer, art student, and looks like mr. Rogers. My mother is a Montessori teacher and is amazing with children, all about local organic foods, loves gardening, cooking etc. my sister who is nine years older than me was into indie music and introduced me to all sorts of things at a young age. This all rubbed of on me and from that base I grew into similar things. I'm an INFJ

I want to get into marketing but not have to rely on people which have different morals and worldviews than I do to hire me. While I'm figuring this out, I want to show everyone what I believe in and spur them into action against injustices.
