It is important to speak up for animals because they are getting taken for granted. Animals contribute to society immensly, and without them, cvilization would surely be one not worth living in.

We have to speak up for animals and never be silent because they can’t speak up for themselves. They feel pain and love just like we do but they can’t convey it in the same way. They can scream and cry but sine humans are so much more powerful then them most don’t care and just over power them. They are like babies and small children in the way that they know they are hurting but can’t tell you why or can’t fight it on their own.

It’s so important to speak up for animals, because animals are not understood when they speak up for themselves. I’m so glad that there are people like the S!O boys in the spotlight who are showing their support for animals. It makes me love them even more Animals are super important and they can not speak they need an amazing human to take care of them and all their needs. Animals need great people to speak up and make people realize just like us humans they are important and special too . We need to be the animals voices so people realize they have feelings and deserve to be treated well and if u see a animal hurt and someone hurting an animal u need to stick up and save that animal I have Two cats that my mom an I adopted they were two little baby’s and before that the mom an the two little baby’s were on the street and someone found them who owns a shelter and my moms friend told us about them and we went over to the person house and we fell in love with them and wanted to take them home so we did and ever since them I love them and protect them all the time animals should be a abuse just because they can’t talk or sometimes their a pain doesn’t mean u need to hurt them they are just like us pretend ur them how would u feel if someone was hurting u u wouldn’t like that so don’t do it to them we need more people like SIO who cares about animals and I’m so happy that set it off did this also thank you for taking ur time to do this contest an I am a size medium

It is so important to speak up for animals because they can’t speak up for themselves. We can’t be silent. Who else but us is gonna speak up for the animals.? So many people abuse, torture, wear their fur. Animals feel pain just like we do. They just can’t do anything about it. But we can. We can speak up for these animals. We can be that difference for them. So that they have a chance. Animals are such amazing creatures. And they deserve so much better than how some humans treat them.

Much like small children, even elders and special-case human beings, animals are unable to speak up for themselves. Yes, they may make noises in protest, but they don’t have a voice that can speak words such as “I’m scared” or “You are hurting me.” Because of this, and the close-mindedness of people, I think it’s extremely important that we stand up to be the voice for animals. If we don’t, then how will other people become aware of the fact that animals DO feel? Not just pain, but love and happiness as well. Most people do realize that this is true, but only extend the realization to animals that can be kept as pets. It is vital that humans stick up for all animals, because they all deserve the chance to live a pain-free life. If I had the means to do more than rescue kittens from the streets, I’d take in every animal that’s at risk for losing it’s life just so that it can be loved.

Animals are so…ESSENTIAL to us humans. They’re the friends we go to when we have no one else, when we’re lonely, sad, and even happy. You can talk to them and they will understand you. They’ll snuggle up with you or lick your hand or just run in circles creating a smile on your face. Thats why lots of people joke about having there cats or dogs as there only friends, because they ARE friends, and they mean the world to us. My cat is just so amazing to me. He sleeps with me, snuggles with me, paws at me, or when im sad or crying he always comes to me and just stays with me. I really do understand why people love animals so much, its because they love us back. <3

Speaking up for animals is insanely crucial not because animals don’t have their own voice, but its because some people just don’t understand them or take the time to listen. By speaking out to other people about how to listen to animals and how to talk to them about how the small things they buy or eat is killing and injuring defenseless animals every day is why its important. Letting them know by just changing a few simple things can be such a great reward is beautiful. The feeling of knowing that you’re not supporting animal testing or animal cruelty is a feeling that not everyone understands. I mean when it comes down to it, and you think, if humans have to test on animals how safe is it really to your body and your self-being? And when it comes to animal cruelty it’s just so unnecessary. Most people would hopefully prefer quality of quantity right? Then I don’t understand why people don’t think that forcefully feeding animals and injecting them with hormones and steroids and who knows what else is true quality. It’s dumbfounding how blind the world is to these things and not only that but how terrible these poor creatures are being treated. Speaking out for animals is probably one of the best decisions you can make in your life. Your voice can be heard, it isn’t that hard as long as you try. Animals deserve rights too. Spread the word, never be silent.

We gotta speak up for them because they are thinking feeling animal beings who can’t communicate their suffering and pain to us human beings. We need to speak out for them and make changes so their suffering stops and never happens to any other living being ever again!

Its so important to speak up for animals because we have to speak for them. The animals need spoken for because people in this world abuse them, wear their fur, etc. The people in this world need to understand that animals can feel pain as humans can. Animals are awesome but the fact that we use them like objects is just horrific.

Animals need someone to translate what their needs are because we cannot understand them. It’s like being a bystander in the event of bullying or teasing. Bystanders are the most important because they can actually do something about it. If you witness animals hurting, you need to tell someone. Also, if you are to adopt an animal, it should be one from the shelter because they need homes the most. Some shelters can only hold up to so many dogs. My shirt size is large.

We need to be the animals voices so people realize they have feelings and deserve to be treated well. So the next time you see an injured animal or see someone hurting an animal be their voice or their person and do something. I for one own two dogs who were left on the streets and I love them to pieces and so glad we found eachother. When I need a snuggle their always there .

Growing up and currently living on a farm, I know how huge of a role animals play in this world and in our day to day lives. I’ve always been surrounded by animals, from cows to kittens, and I know for a fact that they are capable of being loving and affectionate, even if they are incapable of actually saying this out loud. Surely humans with our advanced brainpower should be able to recognize such obvious innocence and helplessness in these creatures when faced with our modern methods of slaughtering animals. I cannot comprehend how someone would be able to live with themselves if they worked on one of the huge production farms, where the cruelty that goes on is unimaginable. I just know that every person should make it their mission to do as much as they can to prevent any bad treatment of animals that they can. We must be the voice for the creatures who have none. We have to speak up for animals because they can’t speak for themselves! The change begins with you and the only way to stop the cruelty done to them is to speak out and/or become vegan/vegetarian. Never be silent! (T-shirt small).

Just because animals can’t directly tell us how they feel doesn’t mean we can use them however we like and abuse them. We can survive just fine without treating them how we do, and there are many alternatives to our harsh actions. Things need to change our this world will become more destroyed than it already has.

It’s just as important to speak up for animals as it is to speak out up for ourselves. Like us, animals are living creatures that breathe, love, and interact with other creatures that do the same. Who are we to use them in the furthering of cosmetics, manufacturing of animal-skin clothing, and the like? None of these are things that we need to survive, so why should we take away other creatures’ right to survive by continuing to do these horrible things? Speak up for animals.

It’s SO important to speak up for animals, because unlike humans…they don’t have a voice…they can’t tell you how they feel. I have loved animals ALL of my life, especially dogs. When I was younger I had a dog named Wishbone (yes, I named her after the show! :P) She was the most loyal, trustworthy, and best dog I ever had. She was literally my best friend. Sadly she passed away in 2006. Since then, my number of pets have grown. Now I have another dog and two cats. I love them all to pieces. I am so happy that Set It Off is standing up for animals! I love them so much and it’s awesome they’re working to fight against this! I am sick of seeing dogs locked in cars while I walk in the parking lot of any store. I always go right up to Customer Service and tell them. Why bring your animal in the car if you’re going to be in the store for over an hour? It’s sick. Animals trust us with their entire being, we should show the same respect and cuddle with them every chance we get. Not leave them alone for hours. My shirt size is Large.

It important to speak up for animals because they have no voice. If people could get the word out we could save many abused, and neglected animals. Other animals can play an important part in the environment, and food chains. Affecting ecosystems, humans, and other animals involved in that specific food chain.

It’s SO important to speak up for animals because they can’t speak up for themselves and need a voice, we need to be their voice. Like the boys said, they do no harm and all they want to do is get your love and attention and always know how to make you feel better. I currently own 5 cats and 2 dogs and have had other cats in the past who have pasted away and also i have fostered dogs and cats before too. I believe animals do not deserve to be treated in some of the ways that they are, but they do deserve to live long healthy lives and nothing less and we should do anything and everything to make that happen. My shirt size is medium.

Speaking up for animals is vital for the survival of suffering animals. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat so animals are so important to me. Most people don’t understand the big deal with animals until they have one or take care of them. They are helpless animals and need someone to protect them. I always tell my animals secrets because I know for a fact they absolutely cannot tell anyone, so if they can’t tell my secrets they can’t speak up for themselves either. Speaking up is brave and could potentially save a life. Never be silent! (i’m a small)

I’ve always loved animals. When I was younger, my family used to foster animals and we had at least 30 kittens living in our basement at all times. Now we don’t foster anymore, but we currently have 13 pets. 3 dogs, 2 cats, a bird, 3 rabbits, and 4 chickens. I cant imagine living without any of them. All the animals we currently have (except our bird) have been rescues. One of our cats was sliced open from shoulder to hind leg and left on the side of a highway. We took her in and now she is perfectly healthy. Animals don’t have a voice of their own and it seem like whenever they do protect themselves, they get a bad rap for it. They put all their trust in us to protect and care for them, its our job to do so.
