Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Gardein Buffalo Wings
  • 2 cups cooked vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked rice (try Trader Joe's frozen organic brown or wild rice)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the vegan buffalo wings according to the package directions. (Using a toaster oven is easiest!)
  2. Combine the vegan buffalo wings, cooked vegetables, and cooked rice and serve in a bowl or on a plate. Voilà!
