Combine the silken tofu, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and agave nectar in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (If you have a sweet tooth, you can add more peanut butter, to taste.)
Top with the chopped peanuts for a nice crunch.

I love making this as a quick dessert! It's great with peanuts or even chocolate chips. The best part? It's so smooth and silky that NO one will guess that it's completely vegan!
