Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. vegan BBQ riblets (Try MorningStar Farms' Hickory BBQ Riblets or Gardein's Southern BBQ Riblets—you can find both in the freezer aisle of your grocery store)
  • 1 vegan hoagie bun
  • 4 hamburger pickle slices
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • BBQ sauce, to taste (optional)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the vegan BBQ riblets according to the package directions.
  2. Place on the hoagie bun and top with the pickles and the chopped onions.
  3. Add BBQ sauce and enjoy!
