1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, red chili pepper flakes, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
