ingredients

  • 2 slices bread

  • 1 slice vegan cheese (try Follow Your Heart brand)

  • 1-2 lettuce leaves

  • Veggies of your choice (we used sliced onion, sliced avocado, salt, and pepper)

  • 1 Tbsp. vegan mayo (can also add mustard, etc.)

instructions

  • Spread the vegan mayo and mustard onto the bread.
  • Place the remaining ingredients on 1 slice of bread then top with the other slice.
