1 slice vegan cheese (try Follow Your Heart brand)
1-2 lettuce leaves
Veggies of your choice (we used sliced onion, sliced avocado, salt, and pepper)

Tbsp. vegan mayo (can also add mustard, etc.)
instructions
- Spread the vegan mayo and mustard onto the bread.
- Place the remaining ingredients on 1 slice of bread then top with the other slice.
