Peppermint Chocolate Mocktail



Prep time




  • 1 ¼ cup non-dairy milk (we used oat!)

  • 1/4 cup of coconut cream

  • 1 ½ tbsp of vegan chocolate syrup

  • 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract

  • For the rim:
  • 1 tbsp of chocolate syrup

  • 1 tsp of crushed peppermint candy (we used candy canes!)


  • For the rim:
  • Crush peppermint candy if needed, then add to a plate
  • Drizzle the vegan chocolate syrup onto a separate plate, about the size of the rim of your glass
  • Dip the edge of the glass in chocolate syrup
  • Sprinkle the crushed peppermint around the rim of the glass
  • Chill glasses in the fridge until ready to serve
  • For the mocktail:
  • Whisk together all of the drink ingredients or blend them in a blender
  • Pour into prepared glasses and enjoy (optional: let chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving)
