Underoath have been killing it for years. They’ve rocked Warped Tour, endured the madness of Mayhem, and toured the world several times over. So when we finally had the chance to sit down with the band’s keyboard player, Chris Dudley, we were beyond excited!

Since the release of Lost in the Sound of Separation, Underoath’s fourth full-length release on Seattle indie label Tooth & Nail/Solid State, the band has sold more than 1 million records and reached number eight on the Billboard 200. All this success must have a lot to do with the band’s electrifying live performances, and take my word for it: These guys know how to put on a show!

Chris is a big fan of helping animals, and when he’s not thrashing on stage or recording in the studio, he’s at home with his three dogs. Check out our video with Chris. He lets us know how ridiculous he thinks the circus is, and he agrees that orcas do not belong in captivity.

Now be sure to take our pledge to help end animal abuse in the circus and help peta2 spread the word!
