Cutting their teeth on upstate New York’s hardcore scene, Rochester natives Such Gold have become a name worth remembering in an increasingly oversaturated market. With two EPs under their belt, most notably 2010’s Pedestals, Such Gold is ready to make their mark on the heels of a much-anticipated full-length release. This summer, we caught up with drummer Devan Bentley in the midst of recording to talk about his vegetarian lifestyle and how animal rights influenced the punk scene:
