Beyond Burger Sliders
- 1 Beyond Burger patties, cut into thirds
- 3 slices vegan cheese, cut into quarters
- 6 slider buns, warmed or toasted
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, vegan mayo, etc.
- Shape the Beyond Burger pieces into patties. Cook according to package directions.
- Place a piece of vegan cheese on each patty, cover, and cook until melted.
- Place on the slider buns, add your desired toppings, and top with the remaining buns. Enjoy!
