Chili ‘Cheese’ Ramen

Ingredients
- 2 Ramen packets without the seasoning packet
- 1 can vegan chili
- 1 cup vegan cheese (try Daiya!)
- 1/2 cup green onions, diced
Instructions
1. Cook the ramen, then drain any excess water.
2. Top the hot noodles with the chili and vegan cheese.
3. Use your ultra-gamma rays (or a microwave) to nuke that sucker ’til the chili is bubbly and the vegan cheese is gooey.
4. Karate-chop some green onions, then—with the same gentle touch you use to rescue stray kittens—sprinkle them on top.
