Hot Vegan Butterybeer
- 6 oz. apple juice or cider
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 tsp. vegan butter
- 2 oz. soy milk or soy creamer
- some additional cinnamon
- Warm the apple juice or cider over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vegan butter.
- Pour the soy milk or creamer into a mug, then add the heated cider mixture.
- Sprinkle with the additional cinnamon and serve immediately.
