Pumpkin-Apple Bagel Sammie

Ingredients
- Vegan cream cheese, to taste
- 1 pumpkin bagel, sliced in half lengthwise and toasted
- Cinnamon, for garnish
- 1 handful apple chips
Instructions
• Spread some vegan cream cheese on each bagel half, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
• Place the apple chips on one bagel half, then top with the other bagel half. You can eat it while you fist pump—no judgment.
