SANDWICHES! Could there be anything more delectable? I just feel like … no.

During my formative years, I ate turkey sandwiches with cheese and mayonnaise for lunch every single day. And although my food choices have since evolved to exclude items that involve raising and slaughtering animals while also destroying the planet,  I still really enjoy eating sandwiches … with just a few differences.

Instead of dairy cheese and mayo made from eggs, I’ve simply switched to nondairy American-style slices and Vegenaise. Easy.

And there are so many great-tasting vegan meat options (take it from me, a known sandwich junkie), which aren’t made from animal carcasses. These vegan deli slices are life! Literally. Check them out:

Savory wrap for breakfast, cause that's how I roll ? (see what I did there?)! @lightlifefoods white bean & kale veggie deli slices rolled in a @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla with onion, tomato, carrot, romaine lettuce, arugula, & @traderjoes green goddess dressing. Nine times out of ten, I prefer a savory breakfast over sweet. Which do you prefer??? Sometimes you want a sandwich for breakfast. Before going vegan, turkey sandwiches were my favorite food ever. I always ate them and they were the food I missed most when I did go vegan. Then I found @lightlifefoods turkey slices and my world was perfect. Today I came back from an eye brow appointment ( the appointment was at 7:45 I am a total morning person) and I had a huge craving for a turkey sandwich for breakfast. I threw on avocado, tomatoes, onions, chips, lettuce, and of course vegan turkey. P.S. @whataburger mustard is the best mustard in the world don’t even play.Literally one of the best meals I️ can think of. With so many vegan options allowing us to make dank sandwiches that I swear taste even better than slices of dead animals—imagine that—we can live and let (them) live.

You get to live, and you get to live—everyone is going home with their lives today! LIFE FOR EVERYONE!
