How to Eat Vegan at Six Flags
Did you know you can eat vegan at Six Flags parks across the country? With the right guidance, those of us who refuse to eat animals can find yummy food at our next Six Flags outing. Use this list to scope out vegan options before heading to the park!
Note: Offerings vary by location. Read the ingredient label on any product you choose to make sure it’s vegan, and ask restaurant staff if you’re unsure.
Berry Salad
Salads made with fruits and veggies are vegan if they don’t come with dairy-based cream. Try asking the restaurant staff if you can get a berry salad without cream.

Acai Bowls
Same rule here—ask for an acai bowl without cream to help save cows from having their babies torn away and milk stolen in the dairy industry. You’ll be rewarded with a tasty vegan superfood treat.
Chick’n Strips
Some Six Flags locations are starting to add vegan meat to the menu. Vegan meat is made from ingredients like soy, wheat gluten, or chickpeas instead of the flesh of slaughtered animals, so it’s always a goated option. Check your park’s restaurant menus online or via the Six Flags app to see if it has mouthwatering vegan Chick’n Strips.
Frito-Lay Chips
All Six Flags locations have an assortment of snacks available—read the labels to avoid those made with dairy, which comes from exploited cows, and eggs, which come from exploited chickens. Some popular vegan Frito-Lay chips include Doritos Sweet Spicy Chili, Fritos Original, and Stacy’s Simply Naked Pita Chips.
ICEE
Many locations also have ICEE drinks, which are all 100% vegan. Tell me a cold ICEE wouldn’t come in clutch as you walk around the park on a hot day. 😩
Kale Power Salad
Another superfood option? 🤯 It’s easy to eat healthy at Six Flags when your location has a yummy kale salad. Order yours with a simple vinaigrette—most are vegan—or without dressing.
Dole Soft Serve
Next-level news: Dole’s soft serve desserts are dairy-free. 😋 Choose from fruity flavors like mango, pineapple, lime, or raspberry.
Dippin’ Dots
Did you know one of Dippin’ Dots’ most popular flavors is vegan? The iconic Rainbow Ice is made without dairy or eggs, and due to high demand, there’s a good chance that the Dippin’ Dots cart at the park has it.
Beyond Burger
If you’re lucky enough to live near a Six Flags that has a Beyond Burger, you don’t wanna pass up this opportunity. Make sure to order yours without mayo or cheese, and it’s also best to skip the fries—some places make their fries with milk derivatives. 😒
Baby Carrots
Here’s something that’s always a safe bet: Baby carrots! While there are tons of vegan ranch dressing products on the market, we’re guessing Six Flags doesn’t have them (yet), so eat your baby carrots without dunking them in anything—they’re delicious on their own.
Apple Slices
Are you more of a fruit fanatic than a veggie stan? Grab some apple slices for a sweet treat between rides.
Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade
Minute Maid’s Frozen Lemonade cups are made with water, sugar, juice concentrates, and other animal-friendly ingredients. Cool off with a Lemonade, Orangeade, Cherry, or Strawberry flavor.
Takis Fuego
It’s still so cool to think about Takis Fuego being accidentally vegan. 😁 Munch on this spicy snack throughout the day to keep your energy levels high for max ride enjoyment.
Drinks
Besides food, most Six Flags locations offer vegan drinks like lemonade, soda, juices, and Powerade. You can also usually find coffee or tea—just leave out dairy-based creamers and milk to fuel up in a cow-friendly way.
