OK, we’re only telling you this because we  you: You’re in a sucky relationship, and you need to end it. Yep, it’s time for you to dump dairy products for good! Dairy consumption is directly linked to heart disease, cancer, and strokes. It’s also the number one source of allergies and is linked to constipation, obesity, and acne. C’mon, we both know you deserve better!

OK, we get it: Breakups can be scary—you might feel like the world is coming to an end and that there’s no way you’ll be able to carry on without dairy products. Just like toxic relationships, consuming products made from cow’s milk isn’t any good for you and could make you feel sick. Milk products are loaded with artery-clogging saturated fat and cholesterol and crawling with bacteria—YUCK! Make yourself a priority and say, “Bye, bye!” to dairy products once and for all!

Just because you and dairy products broke up doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the things you love. All you need to do is make a few small changes—get the sorbet flavor when going out for froyo, order your veggie burrito with extra guac and pico de gallo instead of cheese and sour cream, and make your favorite Starbucks drink vegan by asking for soy milk!
