Sad. My dog loves running around and playing outside….who wouldn’t?! But to live…no way!!!! Being in the heat, cold everyday, all day with a few moments of companionship. That’s not right..heartbreaking.

When i see people just having there dog or any other animal chain i wish they where in there position so they could feel the way they feel. All animals have equal rights like humans do and most of us don’t see that.

Every animal is important. When you have a pet you are taking on a responsibility to that animal and that means taking care of it inside your own home, and not leaving it to die from neglect outside.

I swear people who chain up their dogs like this are seriously the most heartless,meanies,cold and especially cruel, should not have been or are allowed to have pets if they are on going to humiliate and or ABUSE pets whether dog,cat,hamster or any kind of animal male or female. People should really see what people do to these animals that are being chained up, not fed or even given baths. People who do this really DISGUST me .

This really made me cry… I love my two dogs to death and to see these poor dogs being chained like that really shocked me. If you aren’t going to care for your dog, or any other pet, DON’T GET ONE.

I just moved into a new home and the last owners left their dog chain up in the back yard. He was near death when he was finally rescued. I don’t understand people who do that.

My neighbor used to keep her chiwahwa chained in her back yard because she is an escape artist but they stoped which is good but its bad they still keep her outside and don’t take her indoors very often

I was very happy to share this one. My aunt adopted a pit bull a few years ago. His previous owner had him chained up on a property that they only visited once in a while to toss some food at him. He was so starved and most likely abused in some way as he’s rather scared of women. Now he has a loving home and even plays and watches over my younger cousins.
