The Green Dragon Smoothie

  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1½ cups kale
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • ½ cup iced green tea (optional)

Simply blend together all the ingredients!


We used coconut water instead of soy milk in ours, and it was perfection! This smoothie is great for when you have a slightly upset stomach because it's natural and soothing with a hint of freshness.
