1. Warm a can of black beans with a little salt, pepper, and chili powder.

2. Add cooked rice (white, brown, whatever your heart desires).

3. Wrap it in a tortilla with salsa, corn, lettuce, hot sauce, and lime.

1. Cook pasta (any shape, but spirals are elite).

2. In a pan, heat olive oil and garlic.

3. Add a can of crushed tomatoes, dried basil, salt, and pepper to the pan.

4. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.

5. Toss pasta in sauce and sprinkle nutritional yeast if you’re feeling a lil “cheezy”.
