Millions of frogs, mice, and other animals are killed specifically for classroom dissection every year. 😰 If cutting a dead animal’s body apart sounds like your worst nightmare, you’re in the right place—help end animal dissection at school!  

There are tons of better ways to learn about anatomy—from books and synthetic models to virtual dissection lessons—that don’t traumatize students. Yet animals keep suffering and dying for dissection, including in the following ways:

• Frogs are kidnapped from their homes in nature, killed, and then shipped to schools in containers filled with toxic chemicals.
• Cats used for dissection might be homeless or someone’s lost companion before they’re injected with formaldehyde and put in plastic bags.
• Mice and rats are bred in sketchy warehouses just to be killed for dissection.
• Fetal pigs are cut from their mothers’ wombs in slaughterhouses and killed before they can take their first breath. 

Animals and students deserve so much better. Help get animal dissection out of school! 🚨🚨🚨
