1. peta2 Advanced Marketing Internship

Landing a peta2 internship opens the door to so many unique opportunities. 🤩 An advanced marketing intern helps make the world a more animal-friendly place by inspiring young people to speak out against injustice. In this position, you’d create captivating content, assist with PETA projects, and get a one-of-a-kind chance to work behind the scenes. 😲

peta2 interns

Our internship program is open to current college students who want a remote part-time—and paid—temporary position helping animals. Previous interns have described the opportunity as life-changing and were thrilled to meet other compassionate young people, work on creative projects, and boost their advocacy skills. 😏 Check out our page to get all the deets and to submit an application.

2. peta2 Summer Outreach Crew

If you love animals, music, and traveling, we have the perf position for you. We’re looking for outreach crew members to attend music festivals across the country and inspire young people to stand up for animals. 🎶🗣️ At the Vans Warped Tour, Riot Fest, Safe in Sound, Playlist Live, and many other festivals, our crew members have collected millions of petition signatures, handed out animal-friendly info, and heard tons of amazing artists. 😎

Although outreach crew members have the time of their lives at these events, it’s not all fun and games. If you can work hard, spend long hours on your feet, and interact with people in all kinds of environments, you’d be a great addition to our team. 👍✔️

3. peta2 Abduction Spring Tour Crew

Here’s another crew member position for anyone interested in animal rights, road trips, and alien lore. 👽 If that sounds like your kind of combo, you’d love this position. peta2 is visiting college campuses across the U.S. again for a spring tour with our Abduction virtual reality experience, and we’re looking for our next outreach crew. 👀

Abduction is a five-minute experience that uses the metaphor of an alien abduction to help students better understand what millions of animals endure in labs on university campuses—perhaps even their own. 🐒🐇🐁 Since launching Abduction in 2022, we’ve brought it to more than 50 universities and collected hundreds of petition signatures. 📝 Again, you should expect to work hard, spend the day on your feet, and reach challenging goals in addition to going on long drives in a box truck the size of a U-Haul. Are you up for the task? Read more about Abduction and apply below. 😁

4. SOS Campus Rep

Are you a college student who’d like to get paid $60 for each protest or outreach event you host on campus? 💸 Apply to be a campus rep with Students Opposing Speciesism (SOS) and join young activists across the U.S. and Canada in standing up against human supremacy. 💪 You’d help make your campus an animal rights powerhouse by hosting protests, film screenings, vegan food giveaways, and other 🔥 advocacy events.

SOS will provide all the materials you need for free and pair you with a staff member who will help guide your events. 🤝 College students between the ages of 18 and 25 who are currently enrolled in a two- or four-year college program in the U.S. or Canada are encouraged to apply. (Unfortunately, students in California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oregon, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Washington are ineligible due to local laws.) Check out the SOS campus rep page to submit your application. 😊

Even if you don’t qualify for these jobs, you can still be a strong animal advocate. Simple actions like leaving a leaflet on an egg carton in the store can inspire others to make kinder choices and help prevent animals from suffering.
