Açaí Smoothie Bowl
- 100 g. frozen unsweetened açaí berry pulp (try Sambazon Unsweetened Açaí Smoothie Pack)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
• Combine the açaí pulp, strawberries, almond milk, and half the banana slices in a blender and blend until smooth.
• Serve in a bowl and top with the granola and remaining banana slices.
