Banana-Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
• Starting with the non-dairy milk, combine all ingredients in a blender.
• Blend until smooth.
• Feel free to garnish the pudding with extra slices of banana or coconut shreds.
