Buffalo Wing Bowl
- 1 pkg. Gardein Buffalo Wings
- 2 cups cooked vegetables
- 2 cups cooked rice (try Trader Joe's frozen organic brown or wild rice)
- Prepare the vegan buffalo wings according to the package directions. (Using a toaster oven is easiest!)
- Combine the vegan buffalo wings, cooked vegetables, and cooked rice and serve in a bowl or on a plate. Voilà!
