- 1 Red onion
- 1 Yellow Squash
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- Scant of Salt
- 1 tsp. Cumin (optional—you can also use part of a taco or fajita seasoning packet!)
- Slice up the veggies into bite size pieces.
- Lightly coat the veggie pieces in olive oil, skewer ’em up, and sprinkle with salt and cumin, if you like.
- Keep on the grill until veggies are soft and cooked through.
