Wholesome Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup nondairy yogurt
- 1/2 cup nondairy milk
- 1 cup frozen pink pitaya (aka "dragon fruit") or berries
- Optional garnishes: pepitas, coconut shreds, vegan granola
- Blend the nondairy yogurt, nondairy milk, and fruit until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish as desired.
