Sriracha—like it or hate it love it (let’s be honest, you can’t not like this stuff), its spiciness and versatility have made it one of the best hot sauces on the market. Are you wondering what you can do with this red bottle of goodness that you haven’t done before?

That’s where we come in, like a vegan fairy godmother to show you how easy and delicious being vegan really is. Let’s get started:

1. Sriracha Popcorn

  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Lime juice, to taste

Yep, Sriracha on your popcorn: Super-simple, yet super delicious. In a bowl, mix equal parts Sriracha and olive oil, adding salt and lime juice to taste. Drizzle over your fave dairy-free popcorn to take your movie night to the next level. And we’re all about going to the next level.

2. Guacamole con Sriracha

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

I think we can all agree that guac might be one of the greatest things ever invented by humankind. Having said that, we’re about to make it even better. Mash the avocados using a potato masher, then add in all the other delish ingredients listed above. Serve with your favorite vegan chips and some cruelty-free queso!

3. Dairy-Free Sriracha Mayo

  • 3/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • Sriracha, to taste

It doesn’t get any easier than this, people. Scoop your favorite brand of vegan mayo (try Vegenaise!) into a bowl, then add as much Sriracha as you want and whip with a fork until it’s just the right amount of pinkish-red awesomeness. Dip veggies, French fries, potato chips, or whatever else you want in there!

4. Spicy Vegan Cream Cheese

  • 6 oz. vegan cream cheese (try Daiya brand)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha

Just like with the Sriracha mayo, this is as simple as mixing the two ingredients together! In this case, though, you’ll want to use a blender to make it nice and fluffy so you can spread it on your morning bagel. Because bagels are the best, obvi.

5. Sparkling Sriracha Lemonade

  • 5 lemons
  • Ice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • Clear soda, for topping off

I know what you’re thinking: How? Why? Is this going to be good? The answer is a definite yes. Juice five lemons in a large mason jar or pitcher filled with ice, then add the sugar and Sriracha. Mix together (if you’re using a mason jar, put the lid on and shake it!) and top with your favorite clear soda, like Sprite or ginger ale.

6. Morning Toast on Fire

  • 2 slices of bread, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • Sriracha, to taste

Mix up your breakfast by simply adding Sriracha to your peanut butter toast. Not a fan of peanut butter? Add it to your avocado toast instead for an added protein punch before class. Ridiculously simple, crazy delicious.

7. Upgrade Your Ramen

  • 1 pkg. vegan ramen noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • Sriracha, to taste

After cooking and straining the noodles, add the flavor packet, peanut butter, soy sauce, and Sriracha (duh) for an easy pad Thai! For more ways to make your ramen stellar, check out our vegan ramen hacks.

8. Sriracha Spaghetti with ‘Meatballs’

  • 1 box spaghetti noodles, cooked
  • 4-6 vegan meatballs, cooked (try Gardein brand)
  • 16 oz. marinara sauce, heated
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha

Oh, the classic spaghetti and meatballs, just like Grandma used to make, right? Wrong! Add 1/4 cup of Sriracha to your marinara sauce for a subtle kick of spice. Add more if you’re feeling particularly dangerous. 😉

There you have it—eight ways that Sriracha is about to make you one happy vegan. Remember: Animals everywhere need you to get out there and show everyone how easy and awesome it is to make (and eat!) killer vegan food. So clean up the drool on your keyboard, grab your bottle of Sriracha, and do those taste buds (yours and your buddies’)—and animals—a favor.
