  • Drain a block of tofu and chop into nugget shapes.
  • Toss with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and a little cornstarch if you have it.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Dip them in literally any vegan sauce: BBQ, sriracha, vegan ranch, etc.

  • Add rice, canned black beans, frozen corn, salsa, and taco seasoning to a rice cooker.
  • Hit “cook.”
  • Take it out and add fresh veggies as toppings.

  • Put macaroni noodles in a rice cooker pot and add enough water to cover them.
  • Run the rice cooker on a standard setting (like “Cook,” “Heat/Simmer,” or “Slow Cook”) for about 10-15 minutes, stirring now and then.
  • Drain any extra liquid.
  • Stir in shredded vegan cheese and vegan milk.
  • Cover and let it sit on “Warm”, add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste, then serve.

  • Cook on low for 4–6 hours.
